Shipping Upon placing of an order, Nini K. customers will receive a confirmation email, as well as FedEx/UPS tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for US shipments. We have messenger service available in Manhattan as suppose to shipping. We will require signature upon delivery of our products prior to leaving the package at it's destination. Nini K. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the packaged confirmed delivered at the destination. If for some reason recipient is unable to provide a signature and delivery is delayed as a result, it will be customers responsibility to arrange delivery or pickup from the shipping provider using the tracking information provided by Nini K. Nini K. reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. Returns Orders may be returned or exchanged within five (5) days of the original order arrival. merchandise must be in unworn condition. We will not accept returned product that have been worn. Nini K. is not responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise, and we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment for exchange. If an item is eligible for return or exchange, within five (5) days of your original order arrival, ship your item to: Nini K. Hats 303East 37th street, Suite # 2K New York, New York 10016 within your shipment please include the note that contains your name, contact email, contact phone, if you wish to return or exchange and the reason for doing so. Also please indicate the item you would like to exchange your order for and the address where your exchanged item should be shipped to. Upon receipt of your shipment we will contact you in order to process your return or exchange. We do not guarantee the availability of any item for exchange as all of Nini K. Hats & accessories are one of a kind and it will take 4 to 6 weeks to complete same style in different size or color, unless you would like to exchange in to different style that is already on the site.
